Q: Will my dress be exactly like the online photo?

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen displays and lighting.
  • Lace patterns and appliqué placement may differ slightly, reflecting the handmade nature of each gown.
  • Minor alterations may be needed for the perfect fit.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange a standard size dress?

  • Notification: Must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping: Item must be sent back within 14 days.
  • Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Signs of wear void the exchange.
