- Please ensure measurements are accurate, as tailor-made gowns cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins.
Q: Will my dress be exactly like the online photo?
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen displays and lighting.
- Lace patterns and appliqué placement may differ slightly, reflecting the handmade nature of each gown.
- Minor alterations may be needed for the perfect fit.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange a standard size dress?
- Exchanges are allowed once per item for a different size or store credit.
- Notification: Must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping: Item must be sent back within 14 days.
- Condition: Item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Signs of wear void the exchange.
