Standard Size Dresses & Accessories

  • Exchange Only: We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or store credit.
  • The 7-Day Notification Rule: You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Wedding Date Protection: To ensure the integrity of our collection, no exchanges will be honored if the wedding date provided at checkout has passed.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Any signs of wear (e.g., makeup, scent, or alterations) will void the exchange.

Tailor-Made & Custom Sizes

  • Final Sale: Because these gowns are handcrafted specifically to your unique measurements, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Quality Assurance: If there is a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can prioritize a resolution for you.

  • Within 24 Hours: Full refund for any order.
  • After 24 Hours: As materials are allocated and production begins immediately to meet our fast timelines, a 50% restocking fee applies to all cancellations made after the first 24 hours.

3. Customization & Measurements
We offer tailored customization options such as sizing, sleeve length, neckline depth, and other design adjustments. Please ensure all measurements and customization requests are accurate when placing your order, as customized items may have limited return or exchange options.

4. Fit & Alterations
While we do our best to follow provided measurements, minor alterations may still be required to achieve the perfect fit due to individual body shape differences.

Please note that your information will be transferred outside of your country of residence, including to Hong Kong, and China, for processing and storage. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.
