Production & Shipping Timelines

To maintain our standard of "Unique Simplicity," every order is handled with professional care and dispatched via Express Shipping to ensure your pieces arrive safely and promptly.

• Standard Size Dresses & Accessories: Dispatched within 1–2 weeks.
• Tailor-Made Orders: Production takes approximately 3 weeks for meticulous hand-finishing.
• Shipping & Delivery: We exclusively use express couriers. While we cannot 100% guarantee exact courier transit times, most orders are delivered within 2 weeks of dispatch.
• Tracking: Every order is shipped with a tracking code, which will be sent to you as soon as your package is on its way.

We recommend placing your order at least 2 months before your wedding date to allow for shipping and any minor local adjustments you may desire.
