Our policy is designed to support your journey while respecting the artisanal nature of our handcrafted bridal wear.
Standard Size Dresses & Accessories
- Exchange Only: We offer a one-time exchange for a different size or store credit.
- The 7-Day Notification Rule: You must notify us of your intent to exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
- Wedding Date Protection: To ensure the integrity of our collection, no exchanges will be honored if the wedding date provided at checkout has passed.
- Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. Any signs of wear (e.g., makeup, scent, or alterations) will void the exchange.
Tailor-Made & Custom Sizes
- Final Sale: Because these gowns are handcrafted specifically to your unique measurements, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
- Quality Assurance: If there is a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can prioritize a resolution for you.
